New mom’s problem: Plenty of baby care brands in the market
In today’s time, the market is filled with organic and non-organic baby care products. Earlier when we were babies, the options were limited so our moms definitely did not face a hard time choosing the right products for us. Obviously, they were lucky. Moreover, they mostly relied on other things: doodh and besan for bathing and ghee/ olive oil for massaging. I remember one of my aunties did not bath her daughter with any soap/ baby wash regularly till she was 3 years old. No matter how weird it may sound but that girl used to glow like anything. And we know it takes a lot of factors that make the skin glow. The most important being the right nutrition and safe skincare products.
Half a decade of mommying my two precious angels:
So I became a mommy of my first one in 2014 and since then, I have tried almost every baby care brand. All thanks to mom blogging life and being a digital mom. During these years, I fell in love with so many products and some products I did not use the second time. Because when it comes to baby’s skincare, I have been very choosy. And I do thorough research and test the product before applying it to my girls’ skin. So in all these years, I have zeroed in on the following baby care brands, which according to me are safe for little munchkins.
Some of the baby lotion brands I trust as a mother:
- Himalaya Soothing Calamine Baby Lotion
I started using this baby lotion when my second girl was born because I find Himalaya’s baby range easy on the pocket. And the smell of this product is quite calming. It contains the following ingredients:
